This bulletin has been put together from the asc-discuss and sat-congress mailing lists. It is hoped to be more readable than the original list. Having tried to wade through raw mailing list archives at other sites, its a superior option - if you have mailing lists, think about preparing these sorts of bulletins.
Its been converted from mailing lists, so the separate areas use raw formatted text, making html a bit redundant. In time, I may properly html-ise the text, but editing it is enough effort for the moment !
I've edited what people have said for conciseness. Along the way, I've removed a lot of qualifications, so people may be expressing themselves more strongly in these bulletins than they originally intended. So, don't assume that people are expressing themselves that strongly without the original or communicating with them.
If we include the names of people, this doesn't mean they support us - here I'm talking about plans made, which provide an idea of who's out there.
I've included some commentary with the original material. This commentary reflects my own biases, so that's something to keep in mind when reading the material. While I've tried to be objective, its difficult to write a commentary which brings the material together without including some bias.
